I have used them before at other properties. They are very good. They were able to diagnos and make sense of the one issue that the home inspector identified but also found another problem in the living room ceiling that the home inspector had missed. These guys are good I will keep using them.

I am so glad we called. We are trying to buy this house and there is a mold problem. The guy from the fogging company was very nice, but I am aghast to learn that what he offered was worthless. We are so glad to find out the truth now and save money in the process. These guys are great!

I called them because there was some wet carpet. When they came they showed me the wall was wet. When they opened up the wall I had no idea it could be so wet. It was soaked going down two levels.

Extracting water at a very nice Park City property. We are taking all of the necessary steps to get them back in business as quickly as possible. They can temporarily move some of the fans out of the way later today, and then reset them for drying overnight.
Mold is all cleaned up. We are back to pick up our airscrubber and other equipment.

Yes that is mold. The end of the rain gutter has been leaking and letting water run into the wall
Doesn't look like a moldy kitchen. We will see what the air samples say. An air sample a couple of weeks ago showed high levels of mold.
